Any pre-made item can be exchanged within 30 days. In order to exchange an item, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. All items being returned for an exchange must be returned in original condition.
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Digital downloads
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
- Gift cards
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that we only offer exchanges, and not returns.
Please send us an email to email@example.com in order to process your request. Once the exchange is received, please allow 5 business days for processing.
If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. We will then email instructions on how to proceed.
